emagine is currently looking for 2 x Jr. PMO Support consultants for a client in the financial sector.
The client are seeking a proactive Junior PMO Support specialist to join the DORA Programme team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management, playing a vital role in enabling successful delivery across projects, programmes, and Agile Release Trains. Key responsibilities include executive and senior management presentations, stakeholder communications, and assisting the Programme Manager in organizing workstreams and managing cross-functional topics within the team.

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prepare presentations for executive and senior management
  • Facilitate communication between Programme Manager and various stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Programme Manager with requests from subsidiaries and senior management
  • Assist in structuring and coordinating activities across workstreams
  • Support cross-workstream topics for the DORA Programme Team

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–2 years as Junior PMO Support in medium to large-scale programmes
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management and PMO principles; PMI or similar certification is a plus
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and present solutions
  • Experience facilitating workshops and running focus groups
  • Capability to conduct analyses and prepare business proposals for programme team and steering committees
    This role is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment.
