Role: Production Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
