Location: Longburn, Palmerston North
Role: Production Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
