As an Analyst in the Asset Management – Products Analyst Training Program, you will join a collaborative and supportive team. First-year Analysts in the Asset Management Analyst Programme participate in J.P. Morgan’s world-class training programme for four weeks in New York with colleagues from around the world. In addition to learning the basics of our business strategy and structure, you will hear from senior management, review finance and accounting principles, improve your technical skills, develop proficiency with our proprietary tools and participate in networking events.
Our Asset Management business provides expert advice to clients who typically include financial advisors, institutions, retirement plans and individual investors. Our team manages a variety of investment strategies from fixed income and equity to real assets, helping build a leading global client franchise that delivers superior strategies and strong financial performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Expected graduation date of June 2024 through September 2025
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects.
- A strong interest in finance and asset management is essential
- Good level of numeracy is required
- Analytical and quantitative skills, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and enjoy a collaborative environment.
- A well-rounded academic background is important
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- A United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in your undergraduate studies is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with industry experts to develop investment solutions for our corporate, government, not-for-profit and clients worldwide
- Work with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers and client advisors to understand and execute investments strategies
