Description:

2025 ASSET MANAGEMENT - PRODUCTS SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - LONDON

Are you curious about portfolio management and investment strategies? We’re looking for energetic, creative talent to join our global team of experts to develop innovative investment strategies for our clients. You’ll have what you need to succeed – from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that engage your skills. Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients.
As an Analyst in the Asset Management – Products Summer Internship Program, you will participate in our programme that runs for 9 weeks. The programme is a unique cross line of business programme linking both Asset Management and Wealth Management, which provides a broader educational offering and enables you as an intern to widen your J.P. Morgan employee network. It begins in London with five days of orientation and training. Expert instructors and J.P. Morgan professionals will teach you about our history, the scale and scope of our organisation today and our committed plans for tomorrow. We’ll teach you technical and practical skills that will help you hit the ground running.
The programme is non-rotational providing you with an opportunity to develop solid relationships with your desk/team and get involved in real-time projects. Be prepared to be flexible, learn quickly, and act on your judgements. There’s a lot to absorb but you’ll benefit from the support of a dedicated junior and senior staff member to help you integrate into your team and to answer any questions you might have throughout the summer. You will participate in a performance management process where you will set and monitor your goals and objectives. Alongside the learning curve of your main role, you’ll gain a different perspective of the firm through desk based training, business presentations and various networking opportunities.
