QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing ain a technical discipline, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Six Sigma knowledge/certification preferred.
• Previousinternship experience in manufacturing or quality engineering environment preferred
• You will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship (i.e.H-1B visa, etc.) to legally work in the U.S.

• Conducting supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplierselectionand improvement.
• Driving effective root cause analyses and corrective action for Lycoming and its customers. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
• Facilitating preventative actions and process control supplier projects thatimprove quality.
• Analyzing and making decisionsutilizingmetrics meaningful to supplier quality improvement.
• Providinga clear visionof supplier development strategy and processes for internal and supplier teams.
