The 2025 BNY Analyst Program - Growth Ventures seeks to recruit and develop highly talented university graduates, from any academic field, that are eager to begin their careers within BNY.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY/QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Analytics/Business Informatics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA)
Willingness to learn new tools, data analysis techniques
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Optional: Power Apps, Power BI, SQL/relational databases
