About the Role
The Placement Internship is a year-long programme which offers an excellent entry point into the Investment Management industry. The internship will run for one year from July 2025 with positions available across a wide range of departments. As a Placement Intern, you will be an integral part of the team and be given a wide range of responsibilities, helping the firm drive excellence for clients to positively impact millions of beneficiaries’ lives. QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidates are likely to:

  • Be an undergraduate student eligible for a year-long industrial placement in your penultimate year of study – beginning July 2025.
  • Have skills or experiences which demonstrate an interest in a career within investment management.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter with a high intellectual curiosity.
  • Be proactive and have the humility and willingness to learn from and collaborate with their colleagues.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, be resourceful, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, where priorities change frequently.
  • Have strong systems skills, in particular familiarity and versatility in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language skills would be advantageous but are not required.
