Are you a recent or upcoming graduate looking to start a rotational graduate scheme within engineering? Are you ready to kickstart your career with a comprehensive training programme at a dynamic company? Look no further!
Join our Graduate Programme and gain invaluable experience across three different engineering capabilities as well as our project management and business management functions, giving you a thorough understanding of our entire business. You will also benefit from a dedicated mentor to guide and support you throughout the programme.
Responsibilities:

You’ll complete four rotations, of which three will be placements across our below engineering functions as well as spending time in our Project Management and Business Development / Business Management functions:

  • Structural and Fluid Dynamics
  • Simulation and Control
  • Systems & Safety
  • Mechanical Design
  • Software and Electronics

You’ll be assigned an experienced mentor who will be able to support your development throughout the graduate programme and will support you with your Chartership application to an Engineering Professional Body.
Responsibilities will be developed and finalised over time as you progress within each rotation.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a 2:1 (achieved or on track for) in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar

Essential skills:

  • The ability to learn new technical skills
  • The capability to act and work independently and as an effective and enthusiastic team member
  • Excellent oral, written communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft office suite

Desired skills:

  • An understanding of 3 or more of the following:
  • Loads and Aeroelastics
  • Modelling and Simulation
  • Systems Engineering
  • Applications such as MATLAB
  • Coding languages such as C++
  • Embedded electronics
  • Mechanical design using 3D CAD
