Our Lightroom ecosystem is an industry standard among photographers around the world. In order to take our mobile app to greater heights, we are looking for an iOS Quality Engineering Developer / Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who has passion for mobile photography and can join our talented / results-oriented team to new heights.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with fellow QE-dev to design and implement performance tests for AI/ML edit features in Lightroom using XCUITest Automation framework and streamline automation workflows.
- Develop a web-based visual representation dashboard to display the results of the tests.
- Partner with passionate QE Developers, QE and Developers to enhance automation for our AI/ML feature workflows.
- Implement and support end-to-end automated solutions, delivering a positive impact on product quality.
- Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in all aspects of software development, including design, coding, code review, testing, bug fixing, and code/API documentation.
- Engage with engineers through daily or weekly stand-ups and meetings.
- Grow with the support of your team and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.
- Advocate for outstanding quality and usability on behalf of our customers.
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled full-time, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Swift or JavaScript and at least one other language, such as Java, Python, C#, Ruby, or PHP.
- Familiarity with languages and technologies like Xcode, Swift, XCUITest, UI Automation and Full-stack web development
- iOS mobile experience is desirable.
- Photography and/or Lightroom experience is a bonus.
- Customer-focused and has a real passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,200 – $145,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
