Private Wealth Solutions was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.

In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of PWS in the region, the role will also develop familiarity across other important aspects including sales, legal documentations, product operations, marketing, strategic planning and more.
Our Client Coverage and Product Strategy team are hiring 2026 Summer Analyst.

CLIENT COVERAGE JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Summer Analyst will be supporting the PWS distribution business in the region. The role will be involved in multiple functions across PWS, including but not limited to, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, Business Development, Marketing and Global Strategy Partnerships.

• Support multiple projects and initiatives at one time such as conducting market research, project management for product launches, participation in internal product teach-ins and client sessions, execution of distribution agreement negotiations, investor due diligence, marketing material requests, roadshow coordination and the fund closing process.
• Work closely with PWS members globally and will have interface with various internal stakeholders including legal/compliance department, finance and other groups within the firm.

PRODUCT STRATEGY JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary job responsibilities will include:

• Research and monitor regulatory developments and competitive landscapes across alternative asset classes, strategy types and product structures to help identify scale opportunities;
• Work collaboratively with the broader Global Product Strategy team, Blackstone’s investment businesses and PWS business functions to support the creation of new products designed to fit clients’ portfolio needs;
• Engage with APAC ex Japan regulators and trade bodies on potential regulatory updates and proposals that maybe relevant to the PWS business
• Work across PWS business functions in supporting product initiatives such as Marketing, Sales, Legal and Investor Services;
• Collaborate with Product Strategy professionals based globally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

• Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills;
• Desire to work in a team environment, across multiple geographies;
• Demonstrated ability to write effectively and strong communication and presentation skills;
• Creative, articulate and ability to effectively understand and convey complex concepts
• Superior organizational skills;
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies and products and the relevant regulatory frameworks;
• Written and spoken Mandarin Chinese a preferred, but not a must

To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master’s degree student. If you are pursuing a Master’s degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience
• Anticipated graduation date: September 2026 - June 2027
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
• Resume must be in PDF format

Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:

• Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
• Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
• Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
• Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
• Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials
