Responsibilities:

The AI Project Manager be responsible for facilitating the planning, execution, and monitoring of responsible AI projects by a small team of ethicists, policy specialists, data scientists, and computer engineers working on the Responsible Artificial Intelligence Division within our customer’s organization.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitates the management of multiple responsible AI projects in stages ranging from initiation to deployment, enabling understanding of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, data scientists, and ethics and policy experts, to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develops comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and actively monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Identifies and forecasts risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively communicates with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure project success.
  • Implements robust knowledge management solutions, including document repositories, wikis, and collaboration tools, to facilitate the capture, organization, and dissemination of project-related information and insights.
  • Establishes and enforces best practices for documentation, version control, and knowledge sharing across project teams.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from project teams and stakeholders, and leveraging lessons learned to refine project management processes and methodologies.
