Description:
Northern Lights School Division No.113 is a provincial school system serving a predominantly Indigenous school population throughout an area encompassing the entire northern half of Saskatchewan. The schools are very diverse ranging from 10 to over 500 students per school, and catering to Cree, Dene, Métis, French, and English cultures and languages.
NLSD provides a full range of pre-kindergarten to Grade Twelve programs to more than 4300 students in 21 schools. We have offices located in the beautiful communities of La Ronge and Beauval, both approximately 400 kilometers north of Saskatoon.
The division is progressively piloting programs unique to Canada, staying on the cutting edge of technology, and integrating the varied cultural aspects of the communities into the classrooms.

FTE: Full-time
Term of Employment: Temporary - to June 27, 2025
Salary and Benefits: According to education and experience: $26.20 - $30.65 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or another related field or equivalent would be an asset
- Experience in the delivery of human services such as social work, health care, justice, counselling or community development
- Supervisory training or experience would be an asset
- Valid Driver’s License is required
