Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As part of our Control Room team, you will be at the forefront of monitoring our IT infrastructure, managing critical incidents, and performing initial security event analyses. You will be responsible for:
- Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor our IT systems to detect disruptions early, using advanced tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender.
- Incident Analysis & Response: Quickly identify the root cause of anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues. Whether it’s a drop in successful transactions or a malware alert, your analytical skills will be key in preventing extended downtimes and mitigating security risks.
- Access Management: Manage high-level access for critical systems and data centers, ensuring the right individuals have the necessary permissions to perform their roles effectively.
