WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Our graduate programme will begin in July 2025 and it is a 21-month programme.
Our graduate programme offers a fantastic opportunity for you to embark on a rotation-based journey. You’ll have the chance to experience different areas of our business in Dublin, as well as the possibility of a rotation in one of our international offices. This programme is all about empowering you to shape your own graduate experience, as we match your learning goals with our business needs.
We have an array of teams eager to help our talented grads develop new skills and thrive. Our ultimate goal is to equip every graduate with three essential skill sets: analytical, technical, and commercial. While not everyone possesses all three initially, we believe these skills are crucial for success in 2K.
