Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Assist in leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, innovative dishes
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Support in menu development and planning, bringing creativity and fresh ideas
  • Oversee food hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen
  • Manage stock control and ordering, maintaining cost efficiency
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their development

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
  • To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
  • Support all areas of the Kitchen as required
  • To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy
