Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 year of commercial experience in IT industry (IT Operations or Development),
  • Experience in 2nd line IT support team
  • Good command of SQL language,
  • Banking experience,
  • English language on the professional level,
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing, reproducing and solving Incidents (Incident Management)
  • Working with Problem tickets (Problem Management)
  • Developing and improving monitoring and tooling.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation
  • Participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions
  • Contributing to Knowledge Data Base and sharing knowledge within the team
