Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for maintaining seamless IT operations? We’re looking for a talented Advanced Application Operation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Application Operation Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and managing end-to-end ownership for the SBUS, TMT, and VFP applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end responsibility for SBUS, TMT, and VFP in the Vodafone DE production environment.
- Analyze, solve, and document incidents and problems according to Vodafone DE processes.
- Manage incident and problem tickets with multiple teams and partners.
- Ensure all KPIs of delivery are met.
- Evaluate change requests regarding their application and business impact.
- Perform proactive/preventive maintenance and system improvements.
- Build and run scripts and operational tools for monitoring and automatic error handling.
- Support migration of new and changed software and perform production checks.
- Initiate and manage communication with vendors and partners regarding problem and service requests.
