Description:
2 nd Line Support Engineer required for a leading Microsoft Specialist organisation who are committed to providing quality managed services and solutions for customers and looking for someone to provide technical support one of their established financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for Azure and Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the 1st line support team.
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure-based services and infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft technology solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure and Microsoft technologies.
This client operate in a hybrid working environment and need someone who can regularly go to the client’s Birmingham office 3 days per week. Apply now to be considered!
