Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be part of a talented resolution team, working closely with the response and escalation teams. You’ll be troubleshooting, resolving, and supporting an array of technical issues for over 300 clients, with a busy service desk handling 250+ tickets per day.

Challenge yourself: Take responsibility for managing around 25 tickets per day, applying your logical thinking and technical expertise to deliver solutions efficiently.

  • A strong foundation in 365 Admin, Teams, PowerShell, Active Directory.
  • Experience in Windows Server, Azure and remote desktop services, Exchange admin.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
  • A full, clean UK driving license is essential for this role as the office is in Chippenham and occasional client visits may be required. Our client is happy to accommodate those willing to obtain their license within the probationary period.
  • Bonus points if you have skills in SharePoint and Mac troubleshooting
