The Events team delivers a range of events for UCL staff, students, external stakeholders and the general public, in support of UCL’s strategic priorities. This includes graduation ceremonies for over 10,000 students, open days, high-profile VIP events for our influential stakeholders, this public lectures, festivals, and award ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Both roles will proactively lead on the organisation and delivery of UCL’s University Open Days and Open Evenings The roles will proactively lead on the organisation and delivery of UCL’s central Open Days. The roles are also responsible for making sure the Open Days are on brand, on time and ensuring an ongoing process of improvement through measurement and analytics and will contribute to an integrated team who interface across UCL proactively and productively.
