As a Technical Release Manager, you will be working with multiple squads consisting of a product owner, a scrum master, business analysis & technical analysis members, other ETL developers, QA and DevOps.

What you’ll be working on
You will be responsible for integrating the artifacts in Release Manager notes, determining the dependencies, plan with POs and senior members of each squad the release plans and ensure the right resources are available to push into production the planned releases in the right window of time. You will have to balance new changes, accommodate bug fixing for production defects, orchestrate the release calendar and suggest improvements of the existing processes for a better, streamlined release management process.

What you’ll do

• Understand the ETL flows developed with IBM DataStage 11 / Oracle 21c
• Understand the Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model
• Understand the concepts and the business value of the data that is processed
• Help deploy and integrate data from different source systems in the Information Warehouse
• Help deploy Build Data Marts in alignment with the business needs
• Prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements
• Coordinate deployment of code changes, mappings, and metadata

What you offer us

• Experience with ETL processes and tools, preferably IBM DataStage or Informatica
• Experience with Data Warehouse concepts: Kimball methodology, slowly changing dimensions, etc.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Very good communication & time management skills
• A great team player, motivated and self-driven

Considered a plus

• Python, other ETL tools, CI/CD pipelines, Versioning Tools, previous experience with Release & Deployment tools and processes
