We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Tech Function. If you have at least 12 months of experience in Business Development recruitment or recruitment in general and are passionate about sourcing top talent, this role is for you! Your role will focus on actively seeking new business opportunities, adding value to the team, and signing new terms of business for our thriving tech desk.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively searching for new business opportunities and talent. You will identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling, and reach out via phone, email, or social media to introduce our recruitment services
Building a Pipeline: Develop a steady flow of prospective clients and maintain ongoing new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on job market trends, talent availability, and salary expectations. Regular communication with clients is key to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms of business, including fees, contracts, and payment terms, with new clients.
Market & Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed insights. Identify emerging markets or sectors to target new business opportunities.
Client Pitches & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations or proposals to potential clients, demonstrating how our recruitment services can meet their specific needs and add value.
Cross-Selling & Up selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients, such as executive search or temp staffing. Proactively encourage clients to expand their scope of work or increase hiring volumes.
End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment life cycle, from business development to the successful placement of candidates.
Contributing to Tech Function Growth: Be a part of our growing tech desk, helping to scale and improve our operations while making this function your own.
