    We are looking for a 3D Character Artist.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in creating detailed character models based on concept art, references, and design specifications;
  • Strong skills in:– Autodesk Maya or Autodesk 3ds Max or Blender– ZBrush– Substance Painter (Substance Designer will be a plus)– Marvelous Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with concept artists and designers to understand character concepts and translate them into 3D models;
  • Work closely with animators to ensure character models function well with animations;
  • Iterate on feedback from art directors, lead artists, and other team members to refine character models;
  • Ensure that characters meet technical requirements for various platforms (PC, console, mobile);
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues related to character models, such as clipping, deformation, or performance problems;
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and the quality of work;
  • Learn and implement new software and tools as required by the project;
  • Document the creation process, techniques used, and maintain organized files for easy access and modification;
  • Ensure that all assets are correctly named, stored, and versioned within the project’s asset management system.
