JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a talented 3D Interior and Exterior visualizer / modeler to join our team.
Luxury Interior design and modeling experience is a must.
The candidate will be proficient in architectural drafting and possess a keen eye for interior design.
They should have expertise in software such as 3D Max, Corona V-Ray , AutoCAD and Photoshop with a passion for bringing creative visions in interiors.
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using Design software’s
Proficient in designing Luxury real estate project e.g
-Penthouses (Luxury Bedrooms)
-Villas
-Restaurants
-Retails

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Exterior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the 3d Designer or similar role working in medium or large scale project.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting techniques and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to think strategically and conceptually.
• Strong portfolio to excess creatively skills.
• Ability to work in the office for the duration of the contract .
• Ability to keep up to date with the latest design trends
• Thorough attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes
• Understanding of and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD
