BELOW ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as 3D artist / 3D Designer.
• Fluent in English
• Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects is preferred.
• Ability to understand interior and architectural design specifications.
• Be a team player, willing to take instructions from senior management and responsibility for the work.
• Be passionate about the industry and have a keen interest in the latest relevant technology trends.
• Creativity is a must. Understanding proportion, composition, lighting principles and an eye for detail is key. Any hobbies to support this is beneficial.
• Good communication skills.

COMPULSORY SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Autodesk 3DS Max
• Chaos Corona
• Chaos Vray
• SketchUp
• AutoCad
• Adobe Photoshop

Other software skills (preferred but not compulsory)

• Epic Games Unreal Engine
• Nvidia Omniverse
• Blender
• Knowledge of AI image creation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Prome Ai, etc.
• iToo Forest Pack
• Adobe Suite Apps such as Substance Sampler & 3D Modeler, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom
• Autodesk Revit

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to join our team in Dubai who has a background in interior design / architecture.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations interior design projects, helping our creative design teams to bring their concepts to life and help towards innovation and production of digital content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the design teams in our Dubai & global offices, including Interior, Architecture and FF&E designers, to create high-quality 3D imagery.
• Independently taking on projects and providing input and ideas during the process.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met to a high standard.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements, helping the team to find new and innovative ways to improve quality and efficiencies through new technology.
