• Design and Modeling: Create 3D models and assemblies using CATIA within the 3DExperience platform. Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and optimized product designs.
• PLM Implementation: Implement and configure ENOVIA for effective product data management and version control. Customize ENOVIA workflows to align with the organization’s product development processes.
• Simulation and Analysis: Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation using SIMULIA to validate and optimize product designs. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance through simulation.
• Digital Manufacturing: Utilize DELMIA for digital manufacturing, process planning, and factory layout design. Simulate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and DELMIA modules for seamless data exchange. Manage and maintain the integrity of product data throughout the lifecycle.
• Customization and Automation: Customize and script within the 3DExperience platform to automate repetitive tasks. Develop macros and scripts to enhance the efficiency of engineering processes.
• Collaboration and Project Management: Use collaboration tools within the 3DExperience platform to facilitate real-time communication among team members. Leverage project management features for planning, tracking, and managing engineering projects.
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions to team members on the effective use of the 3DExperience platform. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for users encountering issues.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes within the 3DExperience platform.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements within the 3DExperience platform. Explore new functionalities and tools that can enhance the efficiency of engineering workflows.
