What is the role about?
As a 3rd Level Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical support and problem-solving skills. You will be the go-to person for complex issues, ensuring stable and reliable services.
- Provide support to customers via our ticket system, focusing on timely issue resolution.
- Analyze platform issues, offering immediate solutions or escalations based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and maintain our managed services for customers, ensuring their smooth operation.
- Offer technical support on both 3rd and partially 2nd-level customer queries.
- Install, configure, and update Cuculus solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Liaise with development teams to communicate bug reports and collaborate on solutions.
You fit in with us, if…
- You have completed IT studies or training or are a career changer with relevant professional experience.
- You have 3 years of experience working with Linux, particularly in roles that require hands-on support.
- You are experienced with Red Hat and its derivatives (CentOS, Rocky Linux) and familiar with High Availability (HA) setups.
- You can interpret log messages, manage certificates and keystores, and have basic knowledge of MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- You ideally hold an LPIC 1 certification.
- You are personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- You are diligent, well-organized, and can handle multiple requests in parallel.
- You are business fluent in English.
