Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees hired on 3rd parties, regarding workplace issues, grievances, and disputes. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and standards. Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, and policy violations. Provide recommendations for resolution and ensure follow-up.
  • Stay updated on local employment laws and ensure the company’s policies and actions comply with relevant regulations.
  • Review and validate the 3rd parties invoices and prepare them for payments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solve skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for creating documents, analyze data, preparing presentations, and managing communication
3 Years of experience in 3rd party specialist, HR management, or a related field.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
