SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for completing tasks associated with the manufacturing process. This individual will generally be completing packaging tasks, but may also be asked to do other tasks as deemed necessary by line lead or management.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Basic counting
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 3 hours)

QUALIFICATIONS

• No experience required
• Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English language.
• Military experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED

• Package products into desired packaging
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging
• Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management
