• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
• Research information as required.
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, legal documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Has 1+ years of working or internship experience in project management
• Experiences in NGO or social impact or sustainability-related industries would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in environment, business management, or a related field preferred.
• Passionate about social impact and sustainability issues.
• English fluency in written and verbal settings, able to communicate effectively to deliver a clear, concise, and consistent message to audiences of various backgrounds
• Highly organized, structured, and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adequate research and data processing skills, including some intermediary Excel data processing.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
