What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Billing Specialist within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located the Philippines. The Billing Specialist is responsible to providing service in terms of Billing, Auditing, Invoicing and general customer service.
How We Work
As a Billing Specialist, you will be expected to work in a remote environment.
Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or higher qualification is required with one years’ experience
• Fluent in English and preferably at least one more language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoin

• Responsible in auditing invoices of assigned ports/currency in accordance with TA Connections’ standard Audits supplier invoices in various foreign currencies
• Responsible in sending invoices and its supporting documents as required by the customer Airlines
• Requests invoices to Suppliers
• Meets the weekly targets as a team
• Coordination - Liaise with suppliers, clients and TVA
