BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• US citizenship – due to the nature of the work and contract requirement
• Ability to obtain a SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance – due to contract requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,
  Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience developing on-premises or cloud infrastructure to support team or customer initiatives and developing and deploying processes using CI/CD tools and/or software development experience

Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking a Jr DevOps Engineer. This position is located on-site at our facility in Fairfax, Virginia, with occasional overnight travel to our office in Melbourne, Florida and/or other locations as needed to support customer activities. The selected candidate will support the design, development, modification, and evaluation of signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems and related software systems in a cloud environment. The candidate will be instrumental in the engineering and advanced research and development associated with designing of products during pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance. Duties will include efforts related to cloud DevOps configuration, automation, and deployment. The selected candidate will assist in the planning and executing of projects or phases of projects to include customer interface, requirements development, design reviews, and technical interchanges, and all aspects of design, development, demonstration, and evaluation.
