Right now, we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Team! You will be the key person for solving any technical difficulty which may arise and support our Globers.
You will get the chance to:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Advise users on appropriate action.
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Redirect problems to correct resource.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Be up to date with system information, changes and updates.
- Supports company wide security objectives by issuing employee badges, auditing security reports and enforcing the company security policy. Responds to facility issues.
What you will need to succeed

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Windows Knowledge: Advanced.
- Linux Knowledge: Basic.
Budget Management skills.English language is a plus.
