5G/6G 3GPP/O-RAN/ETSI protocol engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced 4G/5G protocol engineers to join our team. As a 5G/6G 3GPP/O-RAN/ETSI protocol engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing 5G/6G features in PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, SDAP, XNAP, NGAP layers.
You will also be responsible for creating specifications and requirements for new features based on industry standards such as 3GPP, O-RAN and ETSI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Telecommunication or Electronics and a passion for cutting-edge technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid background in Telecommunication or Electronics
• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR technologies
• Deep understanding of protocol layers such as PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, SDAP, XNAP, NGAP
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical specifications (3GPP)
• Proficiency in Linux
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good English communication skills (both spoken and written)

• Implementing LTE/5G features in PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, SDAP, XNAP, NGAP layers
• Creating and writing specifications and requirements for new features based on industry standards (3GPP, O-RAN, ETSI)
• Planning and optimizing private 5G/6G networks
• Creating and maintaining test scenarios
