• Ensure KYC/AML deliverables are met and hold internal partners accountable.
• Create high-quality KYC profiles ensuring accuracy, completeness, and validity, incorporating multiple risk factors in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate ownership of the KYC process at a high level, identify gaps, and suggest potential process improvements.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of KYC/AML processes, work through delays, and address inefficiencies.
• Navigate changing regulatory requirements and competing priorities with agility.
• Manage operational risk effectively by being aware of risks in our processes, escalating appropriate risk items, and driving issues to closure.
• Manage the renewal cycle of KYC forms with relevant stakeholders.
