DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a 7.5 T Home Delivery Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Starting at 0600 in general on a Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs shift pattern carrying out home delivery to our clients customers.
- Working alongside a drivers mate , carrying out delivery and installation of white goods and furniture carrying out assembly of some furniture , full training given , with very heavy lifting involved.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
