Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE?

As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Pret’s Finance application portfolio. You won’t just be keeping things running—you’ll be improving them! From supporting critical business applications to working on exciting new system enhancements, you’ll be at the centre of driving efficiency and innovation in our finance systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Support and maintain essential finance applications to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Improving & Innovating – Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, implement updates, and test new releases.
  • Collaboration is Key – Work closely with finance teams, IT service desk, transformation teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Provide top-notch support, resolving user issues efficiently while building strong working relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategy – Analyze system effectiveness, manage small changes, and contribute to larger transformation projects.
  • Knowledge Sharing – Create training documents, onboard new team members, and help the IT service desk excel in their support.
