Reporting to the UK Finance and Development Director. The Property Director will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the property, estates, acquisitions, and development strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving the expansion and improvement of the organization’s retail footprint, project managing the construction of new shops, and delivering refurbishment plans for existing units. The role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with expertise in property management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
This role also oversees the project management of new construction projects to ensure that each shop meets the company’s standards for safety, functionality, and customer experience. This role is based within our London Victoria Support Centre, 75B. Significant nationwide travel to visit our Pret shops will be necessary.
