Description:
RECRUITMENT
The Talent Coordinator works as part of the Recruitment Team to ensure that shops are supported in sourcing the highest calibre of New to Pret Team Members, Key Roles and Leaders in an effective and timely manner. The role mainly deals with ATS management and resolving queries and calls from Managers and candidates coming through the Recruitment e-mail account and ServiceNow daily.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- The ability to work in a team, showing motivation and a passion for excellence in duties performed
- An in depth understanding of the TM, Key Roles and Leader in Pret
- An in depth understanding of the Shop Interview process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in an organised manner and working to deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
- To plan and organise your own time effectively
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
People have been the key part of Pret’s recipe for success since we opened our first shop in 1986. Today, the recruitment of the right people who are safe at work remains vital to Pret.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage POD (our Applicant Tracking System) in line with recruitment standards
- To process Bounty payments according to the guidelines
- Ensure ServiceNow calls are resolved daily
- To manage and resolve queries coming through the Recruitment e-mail account daily
- To escalate issues to the Talent Advisors in a timely manner
- Ensure an accurate, proactive and efficient Recruitment Administration service where data is accurate, delivered on time and to department standards
- To manage any invoices on Netsuite for the Recruitment team
- Support with any projects
- To act as a role model representing the face of Pret to our candidates, visitors, Pret employees and potential customers in the Recruitment Centre, on the phone and via email
- To communicate in a professional, polite and confident manner, exploring and measuring the Pret Behaviours required
- To support our managers with the right to work process where needed
- To complete all paperwork as required and ensure it is processed as per the guidelines
- To adhere to GDPR – ensuring all processes are followed and that candidate’s personal information s always kept confidential
