Description:

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 10+ years in CNC maintenance, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, programming (G-code, M-code), and troubleshooting. Leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and programming issues.
  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for CNC equipment to ensure consistent machine performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Oversee diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and programming issues on CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze machine downtime, maintenance costs, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and tool inventory for CNC machinery, ensuring timely availability of critical components.
  • Compliance: Ensure maintenance practices comply with safety standards and operational protocols.
