Description:
Responsibilities:
The Manager Remuneration and Systems will be responsible for overseeing the annual remuneration review processes, including benchmarking, analytics and reporting. You will also ensure RACQ has effective systems for managing a productive and engaged workforce. This includes providing workforce metrics and analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions. You will also be responsible for overseeing HR governance frameworks to guarantee compliance.
You will establish and maintain a market-competitive remuneration and benefits framework to attract and retain talent. This role includes providing insights and guiding decision-making.
- Manage the annual remuneration review and incentive process, include STI and LTI, planning, data analysis, data and tool preparation, development of correspondence, and provision of information and support to stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure remuneration and benefits at RACQ are market competitive yet fiscally responsible.
- Responsible for salary benchmarking, completion of salary surveys and WGEA reporting.
- Supported by a specialist, oversee HR governance activities to guarantee adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and RACQ policies and procedures. Manage Human Resources related technology systems and software to support sound HR and Payroll platforms.
- Manage operational reporting and ensure employee data analytics is carried out in a timely, accurate and meaningful way.
- Provide leadership and expertise to the team to achieve strategic and operational objectives and monitor all matters pertaining to the team’s remit.
