Description:
Registering pts into the A&E Department, admitting pts to wards, booking appts, process referrals, liaise with all doctors, nurses, HCA, admin, police, GP. Deal with pt queries’ face to face or over the telephone. Work within a team and as a loan worker. Work with line managers.
Support changes in new processes within the department and AH. To be 100% flexible able to covering morning, day, evening and night shifts. be able to work all Bank holidays inclusive of xmas and NY
