Your tasks as A320 Fleet Industrial Integration Manager (m/w/d) Airbus
- The Jobholder will work as Industrial Integration Manager for the Industrial Integration Team as part of the A320 Family Programme configuration management. It will be their responsibility to ensure that the Customization Configuration industrial integration perimeter is in accordance with Customer definition as per process/quality/lead time and cost.
- Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory customer options requests
- Identify any industrial risks/constraints and monitor deliverables vs programme Planning, bridging with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, plants, FAL etc
- Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation and ensure appropriate monitoring of any industrial risks/constraints
- Support project & chief engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis and ensure programme robustness in fleet integration
- Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead in continuous improvement of general Industrial processes and tool projects as well as simplify the customization process to support rate Increase
