Description:
Our Outreach Community Program offers a free drug and alcohol services which include individual counselling, case management and group therapy, to assist with ongoing recovery.
We are looking for a full time AOD Counsellor / Case Manager to join our friendly, supportive team at our Lithgow service. The role is part of a diverse team, which includes Lived Experience members, and is supported by an approachable manager who promotes independence and autonomy for her team.
The salary is $85,000 - $102,000 depending on experience, plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum.
To perform this role it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti Discrimination Act 1991.
