Remuneration: $62,512 - $90,357 per annum + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% Superannuation

Responsibilities:
- Working creatively to engage with the target group, particularly those young people not linked in with a service.
- Accessing and linking with young people through the Intake Officer.
- Working with Aboriginal and other ‘at risk’ young people and relevant community members and services to identify what their needs are and co-design strategies to address these needs.
- Developing creative, innovative programs appropriate for Aboriginal and other ‘at risk’ young people to address their needs.
- Linking Aboriginal and other young people to mainstream health and other appropriate services.
- Providing case management to Aboriginal and other ‘at risk’ young people within the health service
