You will work flexibly as a member of the academic administration team, dealing with enquiries from potential applicants and current students, handling administration of on-course student records and mailing lists, and acting as secretary to one or more committees, and will have particular responsibility for supporting the Academic Administrator with graduate admissions and the administration of the Faculty’s final year exams.
You will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, and will have experience of working in an administrative role with a focus on customer support. You should be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with a wide range of individuals are essential, and you should have strong IT skills, including experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel.
