Job Title: Academic Coordinator and Project Manager
Company: triOS College
Location: Mainly remote. May require some travel to Campus Support Center (Mississauga, L5N 6S2) as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
Start Date: Immediate

Oversee the submission and renewal of academic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain the health of academic programs through regular reviews and updates.
  • Manage program launch checklists, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct market research for potential new programs and assist with program accreditation preparation.
  • Post and submit price changes for programs into provincial registration systems.
  • Develop project plans based on best practices.
  • Coach, provide feedback, and performance analysis for and with direct reports.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
  • Chair project meetings and distribute minutes to team members.
  • Update the College Administration System (XCAS) with accurate resource and curriculum updates.
  • Assemble final program submission packages for each location.
  • Build program and course profiles within the College Management System

College or University Degree in project management, business, education, or other related fields.

  • Knowledge of project management is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Proofreading or editing text experienced is considered an asset
  • Experience in an educational setting is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

      Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

College or University Degree in project management, business, education, or other related fields.

  • Knowledge of project management is required.

    • Extensive knowledge and skills in MS Office.
