EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of recent and related administrative experience in a University setting. Advanced academic HR-related knowledge, including related university policies and procedures and an understanding of the University’s organizational structure, including its governance. Experience interpreting and advising on academic policies and procedures. Solid understanding of workplace equity and diversity issues, including demonstrated ability to review, develop and implement policies for compliance. Demonstrated project management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Sound knowledge of collective agreement interpretation and administration.

SKILLS:

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Zoom demonstrated experience working with HRIS, Success Factors, and academic activities management databases.
