POSITION SUMMARY
One temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study Student Assistant position in Academic Senate. The successful candidate will be helping the administrative coordinator prepare for the Student Perceptions of Teaching and Learning (SPOT) period.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates excel skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates prior experience with mail merge programs for creating labels.
- Demonstrates the capability to be dependable and conduct their self in a professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the Student Perceptions of Teaching and Learning (SPOT) survey process in the Academic Senate Office.
