Reporting to the Dean of School of Health and Life Sciences, the Academic Strategy and Operations Manager oversees, manages and guides the academic operations of the school, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of human resources, educational practices, and business operations to support team competencies with the needs of academic delivery. Ensuring alignment with NAIT’s strategic objectives and working closely with the Dean and other senior leaders within the school, the Academic Strategy and Operations Manager develops and implements strategies to enhance academic operational efficiency, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence.

Demonstrates strong decision-making skills with sound knowledge of human resources, educational, and business practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Related post-secondary undergraduate degree or equivalency.
Experience in post-secondary education would be an asset.
Significant experience preferred (e.g., 5 years) in operational management, strategy development, and project implementation in an educational setting would be an asset
Equivalencies (combination of education and experience) may be considered.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration: $99,247.46 - $131,487.46 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Will be commensurate with education and experience.
